Learning processes in the factory allows for building better product and brainstorming in mold shops with tooling engineers allows for better knowledge in the next footwear project. Keeping manufacturing close will help with understanding how to correctly execute concepts from design and development. Making recommendations regarding treatments or best practices, factory hours has also exposed me to the errors and mistakes that are in certain times avoidable. Traveling to Vietnam, China, Taiwan, Germany, and Africa to dive into projects with factory partners has benefited tremendously.
